Shopping List for a healthy pantry:
Quick oats;
Chia seeds;
Pumpkin / hemp / sunflower seeds
Fresh /frozen fruit / dried fruit;
Cinnamon;
Sunflower lecithin;
Dairy-alternative yoghurt - sugar-free/unflavoured;
Dairy-free milk alterative: cashew / almond / coconut / oat milk.
